How to order?
Please fill in the order form. Ensure your name, contact number & email address is included in the form together with the details of item(s) to be purchased. Also towards the bottom of the form, you will need to confirm you have read these terms & conditions. When done, click 'continue' to send the form.
IMPORTANT: Reservation is allowed for 2 DAYS (48 hours only).
All sales orders are made under FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
- All emails subject to Orders will be replied to you shortly. Kindly please allow at least 24 hours for your order notification.
- Prices are Fixed and Non Negotiable. Our pricing is as accordance the quality of the product we offer and we strive to serve you with quality goods.
- Order forms are only for Serious Buyers. For any other inquiries, kindly email us direct to dreamyzcloset@gmail.com.
- Customers with good history will get priority to reserve the items.
- We have the right to refuse orders of misbehaving customers.
- All Sales made are Final. However all items sold are not refundable & only exchangeable in some cases.
Delivery
- Delivery charges are not included in sale price. It will be advised accordingly.
- Do note that standard local rates starts from RM8 (for 0.5kg & above)
- Please allow us to deliver your item(s) 2-3 days after payment has been made. Your goods will be delivered via local delivery company, Post Laju
- We will notify you when the delivery is being made & provide you with your tracking order.

Payment Method
- Refund will only be made if item(s) ordered are out of stock.
- For Exchangeable items, you may return the unworn item(s) with the unremoved label tag during return only within 8 days upon receiving of item(s) in exchange for Store Credit.
- The value of Store credit returned would be 95% value of your returned item(s) and it can used to purchase other preferred item(s).
- Please note that sale items, lingerie, jewellery, shoes & headbands cannot be returned.
Cancellation
- Cancellation order is only* allowed only if payment has not been made. If you would like to cancel your order, kindly notify us by emailing us as soon as possible.
- Automatic cancellation will apply if goods reserved not paid within 48 hours.
Payment Method
- We accept online banking, bank deposit & Paypal. You will receive an email on how to make payment once order is confirmed.
- Pls note: when making payment through online banking, always include our email address (dreamyzcloset@gmail.com) under Beneficiary Payment Alert in order for us to track your transaction.
Once payment is successful, please email us receipt and NOTIFY us that you have made your payment with the necessary details. Failure to do so, will delay your whole ordering process.
If you’re using a cash-deposit machine, please take a picture of the receipt or scan it and email to us as proof of payment. Please state date/time/from which bank to CIMB/Maybank. For any other inquiries, kindly email us direct to dreamyzcloset@gmail.com.
